What's your cup of tea?
After over a year of life as we knew it turning upside down, what has happened to tea? I struggle to find new and fresh teas, but just as we became stagnant so has teas. I am blessed to have a collection, yet my favs have dwindled. Tea purveyors I swore by are hanging on but variety and go-to favorites are hard to come by. I start the day with an Assam, then finish the day with greens or oolongs. When special occasions occur I go for a Pu-erh which age well. Most white, green and oolongs lose their potency with time. Anyone with "new" Assam's willing to share, hit me up. I am a little guy with a little stash of tea, tea pots and cups. Did the virtual tea convention last year and was not impressed. Tea is a social commodity, that does better with interaction with other tea fans! Well that is all I have for now, my Dragonwell (Lung Ching)is calling.
