Back from the Tea Convention

While prior to COVID my wife and I enjoyed the Tea Convention, this time it was a bust. They combined our Tea Convention with a Bar and Club Convention. It was like combining oil and water. The speakers were top notch, but the networking and exhibits lacked in many ways. Suddenly it dawned on me, maybe there is a shortage of tea coming to America. Make a perfect cup of Tea with these simple steps. Have you ever stopped to think about how you go about making a cup of tea? How long to let it steep or even how hot the water needs to be? Every tea requires its own steeping process, something most of the population in the world doesn’t even realize! Well you are in luck, below are our recommendations on how to brew the perfect cup of tea every time. Steeping Instructions:

  1. White Tea: 3 - 5 minutes steeping time, water temperature 165* - 170* F

  2. Japanese Green Tea: 1 - 3 minutes steeping time, water temperature 165* - 180* F

  3. Other Green Teas: 3 - 4 minutes, water temperature 175* - 185* F
