Crossyourtea ships the next business day after your order is placed. We don't ship weekends or holidays. If your item is backordered, we will email you when to expect it. Delivery times will vary based on the method of shipping you choose and location.

Standard ground USPS or USP (4-8 days) Continental US
Faster shipping methods may be requested at the buyers' expense.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase of our loose leaf teas, herbal tisanes and/or vintage accessories, you may return product and will be credited with the amount purchased to shop for a product that pleases your taste. If still unsatisfied return product and amount purchased will be refunded, minus shipping and handling costs.
