Hospitality in the Tea Industry pondered while sipping Oolong

Today, I am enjoying a Flowery Oolong. Most Oolongs' are from Taiwan. Best temp for brewing is 195 and steep time from 3-5 minutes depending upon your taste. My favorite oolong has to be Blue Ginseng, which I will steep up next. Two things I wish to speak my mind of are hospitality, in any business, and Jesus, which may be awkward for some to speak about. Retiring from the hospitality business, key was to always treat your customer or guest as you would like to be treated. With the lack of seating in most establishments reduced and hospitality personnel laid off or fired, treating people in any way has disappeared. Whether being upfront with what your are selling or waiting in a drive up bank line, consider how it feels when you receive poor service. Note; often a patrons' silence is telling you, forget about and I will forget about doing business with you as well. As we grow closer to Passover and Resurrection Sunday, tell the story of how Jesus came to serve and not to be served. "For who is greater, he who sits at the table, or he who serves? Is it not he who sits at the table? Ye I am among you as the One who serves." Luke 22:27 Be blessed and drink your favorite tea and think of how you can serve others.
